Shipping policy

Here at Sips, we know you'll want to be enjoying our delicious drinks as soon as possible, that's why we despatch all orders same business day up until 3pm, and next business day for orders received after 3pm.

All orders are shipped from our Perth warehouse daily Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been despatched.

We ship all orders with Couriers Please as or Aramax we find this is the most suitable and reliable service.

If your delivery address is within the Australian metropolitan area, your order will take between 2 -13 business days from the shipping notification email. If your delivery address is not within the Australian metropolitan area, your order will take between 5 -13 business days from the shipping notification email.
